If Mr & Mrs Mitchell arrange their mortgage directly with the lender, no funding is generated for their chosen organisation.
Introduced Through My Aid
If Mr & Mrs Mitchell are introduced to Eden Associates through My Aid, their chosen school, club, or charity may benefit financially — at no cost to them.
All they need to do is complete a simple form on the My Aid website to be contacted by Eden Associates.
Mortgage Review and Choice
Eden Associates can review products from the existing lender and, where appropriate, consider alternative lenders across the market.
This allows Mr & Mrs Mitchell to make an informed decision about whether to remain with their current lender or switch, depending on what is most suitable for their circumstances.
Community Funding
